Beautiful beach πŸ–

Hi,

my name is Sarai Jones and I am a certified yoga instructor - movement therapist. My journey with RESET started as a personal one. At the time I was taking care of my grandmother who suffered from dementia. My mother and I were her caregivers and there until her last breath. After she passed away we decided to go to the beach for a few days to get away from it all. One morning while walking by the water a word popped into my head and heart, it was β€œRESET” so immediately I started drawing it in the sand. Once we returned home I couldn't escape that word, it was appearing everywhere so I took it as a sign. The next few weeks were hard on me finding myself feeling sad, depressed and not sure of anything, even started to dread getting out of bed. On this particular day I did three things that would change my life forever.

RESET was born from my daily wellness techniques that encourage the balance of nutrition, mental well-being and physical activity. Reassuring that with consistent practice anything is possible.

My Approach

I call it the 10, 10, 10 method or tend, tend, tend taking 30 minutes a day tending to my personal wellness needs. Through this process I was able to overcome bad habits, self doubt and the fear that paralyzed me from moving forward towards growth and happiness.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Personal accountability is a way of life. We can't hide from ourselves we have to take full responsibility for the role we play in our own self destructive behavior. Repeatedly doing things that harm us physically and mentally creating a cycle of bad habits and hobbies. A lot of times its unintentional but we have to recognize them when they arise.

PERSONAL INTEGRITY

Intentionally change your personal behaviors and actions to be aligned with your morals, ethical principles and values. Self-awareness, being truthful and honest with yourself as well as your intent when dealing with others. Mean what you say.
